First question is: wonder if marketing or head honchos read their reviews... If they did they would make an effort to be more customer friendly... Second, this company is so rude... Called cust sv and they refused to let me speak to supervisor... Duh... Its called "customer service" people (ever heard of it)...
I paid my bill early sent 30.00, not late... I noticed when i got bill it was 33.99. I have been good customer and never been late so i really didnt think it would be a problem... Oh my i got my next statement and was charged a 30.00 (thirty dollar) late fee. I called customer service to ask for a one time, i repeat, one time courtesy adjustment as it was an oversite and they refused... And refused me a supervisor and i am disgusted with this company
