Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! We missed the due date for a payment due on the 8th of the month. I iimmediately paid the amount due on the 16th over the phone with a customer service rep who also reversed the late fee that was assesed to our account and I was told nothing would change on our account as we are valued customers and have never missed a payment before. The next bill also had a late fee in the amount of $35 which was $10 more than the 1st late fee that was reversed. I called and the late fee was reversed again, they apologized on behalf of GE. Following bill had another late fee. I called again, not very happy by now and the customer service representative was really rude and refused to help. When asked why we keep getting late fees she said we are not making our minimum payment amount that is due. The minimum amount due on our bills is the mimimum plus the late fee from the month before so I just pay the minimum and then call and have the fee reversed. Am I going to have to do this every month until the balance is paid off? She said if I had never been late in the first place none of this would be happening, I agreed I was late, but the fee was reversed. I usually my payments a couple days before it's due and she said that is also causing the fee problem and not to pay it until the due date??? I finally asked for a supervisor who was just as bad. I am closing this account as soon as I can and will never do business with GE Money or any company that uses it for credit cards. I'm also going to make sure as many people know about this as possible.
