They keep sending me emails stating i request things to be done to my account which i never did & they never sent me a bill for my under a 100 dollar purchase, and when they finally did, it had two late fees on it. The customer service rep, who spoke very broken english, stated he could take one late fee off but it would be the lesser one, and that he would put in a request to take the other off, which it would probably come off, and that was why my minimum pymt was so high but it would go down because the late fees are being taken off. So, i therefore sent in not the whole payment but most of it... Well, when i finally got another bill, they had another late fee on it, even larger than the first two, and they were extremely arrogant and snotty and refused to negotiate the late fee. Now, i only owed so much, i mean it was next to nothing, and the late fee was higher than the amount owed. And so i refused to pay it because of the way i was treated, and now they are still sending me bills and emails stating stuff i never requested, and now the bill is $400.00! And they are still adding interest and late fees, and i sent them a letter, which they never responded too. I've used them once before and they billed me appropriately and i paid it off without a problem it's this second time i used them, when they made mistakes that i'm having a ridiculous time with. I'm surely not paying for their mistake or their customer service mistake either.
