Tried to pay cable bill online for days. Could not get into their system. Kept getting message they were having server problems. Now have a late fee on bill. Each time I call them, their Reps said they cannot remove late fee & need to transfer me to a supervisor. Supervisor never comes to phone. Want the late fee waived/removed.
I sure hope the problem was not intentional in order to get a late fee.
Very poor customer service for a longtime customer. And, they don't seem to care.
