I got dirct tv turn on back feb they told me i had to put a dispoit up before i could get tv, so i bought a pre paid card loaded up 250, I believed, called them back they never told me anything about keepin it, i moved in july had my direct tv turned off until i could fine a place, the equipment was put in storeage, I did call them up in dec i do believe, or jan wanted to get it back on, they said i only had to pay 185, to get it back on, isaid it would be in febor end of feb before i get my taxes back, they said it would be ok, and they credit me for the recivers, so call today mar said i had to pay 220 that included 40 dollars, to reconect i think that is not reasonable, being they got 250 already and wasnt not explain to me that i would get that, the only thing they said was it 2 yr comment, if i broke it i would be for breaking contract, and i had to return eguipment, so they kept 250 then turn around charged me for recievers, now my bills is 800 in something now. So i would like it reduce so i can get my direct tv back on, if not ill will go to another csble company perfere not, like direct tv, but not if they are going to screw around, if not i will call better busness burea, so i do think we can desolve this little matter up
