I was sooo fed up and pissed off... When i first sign up with direct tv... They said i keep same montly payment 69.00 every month for 2 just 2 years. Then they dediced to change my price to 100 a month after one year. I was soo pissed. I called direct tv. They said ohh the contract for box is 2 years but programming is one year. Bull shitttt i never heard of that. So i nag nag they said they will reduce to 70 a month. But i keep seeing 80 a month. I was soo pisssssseeddddd then i called again dicuss about direct price. Really silly. They said that all they can do. Cannot reduce more. So after 3 months of nag nag call back to direct tv several times. Then i fed up decided to stop their serivce. I called they told me if i break contract it will cost me 200 dollars i said that fine i m so sick of it. I turned off autopay bill 2 months before i break contract. I asked them please sent me shipment so i can return shitty things back to them. I waited waited waited call back direct tv said where is the shipment they said it is on way. I waited waited nothing i called back they said oh they sorry about this will send out one on feb 24h. So i waited waited till march 5th i called back to direct tv asked where is shipment? Also i was so pissed off that day they took out my money from my bank without my authorization. They said they have right to do that. I was so damn pissed... They said oh ok they will sent other shipment which they cant see where it went. I told them "you lying?" want me to keep the things and then charge them for hold them for past 21 days??? What kind of game are they playing... I was so damn angry. I wish i had laywer for that. I cannot afford laywer they are walking over me. It made me angry. Angryyyyyyyyyyyyy
