We ordered direct tv, They sent us the satalites and then the technician came out and because we had old satalites from the last occupants, the technician just used the ones on the roof and now we have two new ones boxed up on the front porch. We got our bill today and it was for 64 dollars. When I called them and told them we did not order this package, they changed it. We were supposed to get the dvr player free but we get charged for it. I thought we were supposed to get like 2 rooms free but we also get charge for that. We paid 29.99 down to have it turned on, no one knows where that money went. When you call direct tv through adds that come through your mail, Its not really direct tv, It is someone who sells the equipment and then you have to go through the real direct tv to get service. So when I told them that I had not ordered certain services and that I was very unhappy about how the whole thing was handled, they responed with that if you cancel your service you will owe us 300 dollars. This company really needs to be overseen by the government. It is such a money making scheme. I think that we should all stand up against them.
