I was sent home early 3 days in a row and was fired on the third day. The store manager was supposed to give me computer training on my first day but instead she answered all of my questions on the quiz for me and told me to start working. I DID NOT get the same opportunity as my other co workers to train. The same manager has made many false claims involving other managers and other employees. I have also witnessed her breaking policy. When the customers see her coming they purposely avoid her. There have been complaints made for the past three years about this manager. When I first arrived as a team member, the team did NOT know how to train me properly. This showed when the Head managers came to the store for a few days to see how things were being ran. The result of that was them seeing for themselves that we were not trained properly and that alone is grounds for termination. Having worked at KFC before, I knew the flow of things. That is the only reason that I have been able to close the store at night properly. This week was the first week that i had to work with her. This is the first time I have had an issue at my job. Before she informed me that I was fired, She went into my register and removed a $20. Please review the cameras. She threatened me as I tried my hardest just to remain employed. There was still a lobby full of customers. Embarrassed to even smile at them, I clocked out and left the store. I returned under the store manager's orders only to be lied to and sent back home under the impression that I was trespassing. Please Help. I have tried to call every number and write every email address. I have manager to find many, many other complaints about this same manager. Please allow me an opportunity to have my job back.
