The manager is extremely cruel to the workers. New workers often get yelled at for things they didn't know. Workers don't get trained properly and when they make a mistake they either get fired or given less hours. Every customer knows that this manager, who's name is Anoja is sort of a dictator around the store. The area manager is worse he fired a close friend of mine for an unusual reason. For not smiling enough with the customers. When i used to work there this friend of mine always get good tips and good reviews from the customers. He has been working there for over 2 years and has always done his work properly. He was one of the best. Customers light up when they see him. But now since he is fired and other crew member that worked well customers are always disappointing with their order. I recently visited the store and sat for while, just checking hoe things are, and almost every customer that came in had to either change of fix their orders. The customers seemed highly unsatisfied. The workers work with fear. This dictator, cruel and ruthless manager has the employees scared to death.
