I had mailed on On Fri, Feb 15 at 10:58 and I get a call today i. E after 6 days expecting I would still wait for belkin's lousy support. So very disappointed.
I face aproblem configure my wifi-router and try calling belkin's hotline number and is inactive, then i get the suppose to be customer suport number of mumbai from belkin's web site and on calling on it the person on the other side tell for support u have to mail and would get the support within 4 hr, keeping my patience I mail belkin's guys and waited for your support but didnt receive any call. And then had to take a paid support for my need.
It would have been Ok if belkin's guys had not called me for support after 6 days that too being aware of my complain date.
How can you guys expect someone to wait this long, Seriously belkin's support is pathetic!
