Kohls management teams are unfair - Store Manager of store 1188

I was an absolutely great employee at kohls. I was made the Home and Kids supervisor in my store in Bullhead City AZ. Any body that has shopped in the Kohls stores would know that this is a huge area. I quite often was alone in my department for most of the day, and I was never given a job description for my job. So I tried to do everything. I cleaned up a lot of both departments and made them very shoppable and increased the sales in 4 of my areas right away. Big increases. I had a new manager that came in and I answered to her directly. I knew right away that she didn't like me. She made comments about my work and comments about why would the Store manger show me how to do things. I had many complaints about her and I went through the right sources but I know she knew that it was me that had reported her and things got worse. During my time as a supervisor, my pay rate supposedly was the highest that they could give me. Under ten dollars, and I had many people coming in and asking for me. I turned some really bad impressions of another managers around and had customers coming back again to try us out again. I had an opportunity to advance, and I wasn't chosen cause I didn't have a degree, but they wanted me to train the guy that got the job over me in the job. Later I understand that he has been fired for sexual harrassment. Any way, I asked for some time off to heal some things and was told bu my Store manager that I could have up to 3 weeks off and to call at the end of the third week to get back on the schedule. The day after I took my leave she had posted my job and told many employees that I could no longer do my job. Many of my friends called from the store to inform me of what she had done. I was very upset and felt betrayed. I went through a depression and had my car repossed, and then found out that I had applied for unemployment benefits and they turned me down because she said I abandoned the job. I did not, she was the one that let me go with out any reason, and with out telling me she was doing that. It is a much longer situation than I have to right. Needless to say, I was told eventually by some of my friends that she wanted me to come in and talk to her again about working. So after a few months I had my husband go in to talk to her and The store manager assured her that when I was ready to come back to give her a call. So I did and she told me that she decided that it wouldn't send a good message to the other employees if she took me back. Shame on you Store manager, you know who you are. You told my husband that you didn't hold a grudge, and yes you obviously do. I wish upper Kohls management would train their store managers to be honest, and have some compassion, and to do the right thing and admit when they are wrong.
