I placed an order for my boss' daughters a week before Valentine's Day and used Teleflora because it was good for Southwest Airlines points. Two of the girls didn't receive their flowers at all and the other received hers 2 days EARLY. It took a few days before I finally got through to customer service and the woman was very nice and ended up refunding me 40% since "we did receive the product" and they had record that "someone had signed for it".
I appreciate her working with me to solve the issue, but in the end none of the girls got flowers on Valentine's Day and it was a very time consuming and frustrating experience. Probably won't be using them again.
