Do not use teleflora!!!
This is by far the worst experience I've had with ordering flowers online. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and they didn't arrive! Teleflora didn't call or email me to let me know the flowers were not going to be delivered on time. I had to call Teleflora customer support on Mother's Day and the Rep I spoke to first of all was very hard to understand (India call center), but started to negotiate with me how much she was willing to take off my purchase price... Starting with 20%, 30%, then 40%, etc. Even though the flowers were 2 days late, they were not willing to refund me 100%. I ended up hanging up with the Rep after I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. I called back and spoke to another Rep who gave me 50% off. Still not great... They even tried to give 50% off of my next purchase!
The fact that Teleflora had no intention of informing me that my order was going be late and was still planning to charge me the full amount, goes to show how they don't care about offering a great service or value their customers. Furthermore, their customer support is horrible.
You're better off using a service like FTD or 1-800 Flowers.
Do not use teleflora!!!
