Happy Birthday, Mom—NOT!

So, it's my mother's birthday, she is in Florida, I'm in Maryland, and I thought that flowers would be a nice surprise. I call Teleflora, place my order, and think that everything is ok. They have my contact info if there is a problem but I hear nothing. Friday, February 17 (Not Valentine's Day, right?), and I contact Mom... How do you like the flowers? No flowers. I contact Teleflora... Oh, such a high volume they couldn't be delivered. REALLY??? We will deliver no later than 11AM tomorrow... That didn't happen—oh, and the request to speak to a supervisor didn't happen either. Another call to Teleflora... No, no, no, by 5PM... Of course not... Another call, on hold 45 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor, order cancelled in the mean time... We will look into it... Letters sent to president, coo, and chairman of teleflora as well as to better business bureau and consumer reports. Bottom line... Never use Teleflora, use Proflowers, use FTD, use direct calls to local florists but Teleflora has horrible service, horrible delivery, horrible customer service
