I ordered flowers for mother's day, and my mom never got them. The customer service rep was blaming me for not ordering them at least 5 days before I wanted them delivered! He then started blaming the local florist for just cancelling the order. Apparently Teleflora is the innocent party here quick to point blame to other individuals. This is the first time I tried to order flowers through teleflora, and it is now my last. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use Teleflora for your flower purchases.
