I have never before dealt with such a company like Teleflora. My granddaughter had a special day and therefore I ordered flowers on July 18 for same day delivery I sent the order in time for same day delivery but here it is Saturday, July 20 and the order could not be delivered. I contacted them 7 times to no avail. I will never use them again and I agree that it is ludicrous that their rating seems to be high. WHY? They never deliver... Flowers, service, accuracy etc.
