My boyfriend placed an order days ago for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day (duh), and he received a confirmation email. The flowers were never delivered and each time he called and pressed option 2 to check on an order, he only heard a busy signal. Finally we called today (Feb 15) and pressed 1 to place an order just so we could talk to someone. He offered us redelivery with a 20% refund, we refused, so he offered a 50% refund. We still refused. Finally a supervisor offered redelivery and a 70% refund. Why would we pay them ANYTHING to deliver flowers days after Valentine's Day? We refused and told them to issue us a full refund and to keep the flowers. Warn everyone you can to NEVER use Teleflora.
