I live paycheck to paycheck, so last week I new my old claim was running out so I called a filed a new claim. The lady was very helpful. All the paperwork I've received in the mail says that everythings approved yet when I called MARVIN this week I did not get confirmation of my payment & going online confirms this. I can not get through to talk to anyone about this. Tried the entire day, yesterday.
