Teleflora Partners Order Online for Mother's Day

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day on Thursday morning at approximately 8:30AM and was told by the customer service rep that the order would be sent to my mother on saturday which sounds perfect. To the contrary, this has been a horrible experience. Do not use teleflora. Upon wishing my Mom a happy mother's day on Sunday, I found out that she never received the flowers after all! I called the rep on Sunday morning and found out that TELEFLORA made an error; and that is the reason why the flowers were never delivered. Next, and after being on hold for well over 20 minutes to resolve this issue, I was told by the TELEFLORA rep that he would make it right and that the order would be delivered on Tuesday. Huh? Why Tuesday? Mother's Day is Sunday so I requested another arrangement be substituted in addition to my receiving 30% off for all the nonsense I've been put thru by TELEFLORA and their terrible, terrible reps! At the end of my conversation with TELEFLORA's rep, I was assured that the flowers would be delivered to my mom on Sunday. Guess what? No flowers. Today is Monday, 5/9 and still no flowers. I repeat, do not use teleflora!
