November I order a new plan called the triple play bundle promotion. This plan included free HBO to my house for 6 months. I have a HD digital convertor box and a digital preferred A/O. I never recieved HBO on the digital preferred. I just found out today that it was never part of the signal sent out to set up my new package. When I call they can tell me how many and what kind of boxes I have in my house, " along with their serial numbers" but when they set up a new package all of a sudden they have no knowledge my system or what I'm using. I have had 7 or 8 problems with them over the last 10 years and everyone of them were in Comcast favor. I believe they are very laxed on their billing practices when it is in their favor. It should be their responsibility to make sure I have gotten what they sold me and not just throw out a signal and calling it a job well done.
