I called comcast in June because my cable was not working properly so they sent out someone and the repair guy told me that I can only get cable with my digital when its cold. Then he screwed up my Remote signal. Some kind of idiot. So I keep calling comcast, they have told me I need to go to the comcast store and get a new box and remote. Well who has time to take off from work or their schedule for something that should have been brought when the repair guy was there. I talked with a supervisor I got a whole $2.87 discount because I have not been able to use the box.
I think this customer service that comcast has really is the greatest! Not!!! I pay 60.00 a month for cable service plus another 60.00 for internet service and to be treated like I am worse than a stray dog on the street is ridiculus. 120.00 plus a month to line the pockets of some corporate rat. The thing is I dont like direct tv any better than comcast. Thank you so much Comcast for your fantastic service. Not!!!
