Xfinity comcast customer service SUCKS BIG TIME

Comcast Cable is ripping me off and has been for a while and refuses to do anything about it, like they have thousands come to find out.
I am being charged 1st of all an equipment rental for my boxes i was told they were both free.
I recieved my digital box with a bundle package, internet, home phone hd cable.
139.99 plus tax and fees
Then they call me a couple months ago and offer a hd box for free.
Now they are saying ive got to pay for the digital because i got a second box they offered for free.
We never even got to the 11.40 for my phone thats part of my bundle.
Plus i was cussed at and told i wasnt speaking to any supervisors.
When i asked to speak to the vice pres and the pres i was told no.
They also have a satisfaction guarntee they president of the company says i give 100% satisfaction
