I won $100 and the casino refuses to pay. I deposited $21 and won $79. The casino refuses to pay saying I didn't provide proof of identity. I provided proof 6 times. This was verified by the manager Will Ortega. The last time I got an email from Will I was told my account was locked and they are refunding my $21. I have sent over 100 emails trying to get resolution. I never get my emails or phone calls answered.
