I am writing this report to express my dissapointment with Comcast Cable company in Oldbridge Nj

I am an existing triple play customer of Comcast, triple play You know the one they are advertising all over the tv, thats 29.95 basic cable, 29.95internet, 29.95 for phone service.

Here comes the problem. My one year plan is up and now i received my first bill for 170.00 dollars. That is 70.00 more of the same plan that i was paying for the year before.

I called customer service and i was told that i have to pay for some kind of bogus charge because my promotion ended and i have to pay a new plan fee of 35.00 why? I still have my original equipment nothing changed in my plan or service.

Then my monthly charges would be 135.00, for the same basic tv, internet and phone, that i was paying 99.00 for a year.

The customer service rep apologized like 100 times but said basically in plain English that. There is nothing he could do, and that thats the price. Pay up or no service. I do not have Many choices were i live. Either take it (up The#@!) or be with out tv.

And since now (all tv stations) they are going digital we need to have a cable company it really sucks.
All i could do is talk about it.
