Customer Service is the worst! - Fisher Price Infant to Toddler Princess

On 01/23 I purchased a Fisher Price Infant to toddler Princess in Pink that cost 39.99. This was purchased for my daughter's baby shower and I paid extra 34.66 for the express delivery. It was to be a guaranteed delivery on 01/25. I was able to track the package and it was in the UPS truck today and they were making deliveries, however at 3:12 pm it was scanned and I quote "Emergency conditions beyond UPS' control.". At 8:13 pm it was scanned back at the destination. Now I try to call to speak with someone about this and first of all the phone number online is extremely hard to find and when found there is not an option to get to a person. I actually had to go to GetHuman.com to find it. When I did get someone on the phone I was spoken down to by someone who was clearly NOT an AMERICAN and she tried to tell me several times that I DIDN'T pay extra for this service and when I told her to stop talking down to me and that I was not only looking at the order and the shipping cost she put me on hold! I am still on hold and it has been for 30 minutes so far. I WILL NEVER SHOP TARGET ON LINE EVER AGAIN!!! I don't care what the weather is like, the roads were clear and the trucks were running and there is no way it took 5 hours for a truck to get back to the hub to have the package scanned in from when they chose to say they were going back. All I wanted was to only pay for regular shipping and for them to credit me back the difference.
