Warning check items you purchase of the Target website. I purchased a Fisher Price high chair that was only available online. When delivered I did not get the right cover to the high chair (this one was ugly!).
I called Target to notify them and the service rep offered to ship me another high chair, since I already put this together before noticing (hey I'm a busy person). And swap the covers. This should have been easy enough, get new high chair, swap the covers, ship other back.
Well I again received the wrong item, so I called again and now Target started to become unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. So now this is a matter of principle. Apparently the warehouses do not have computers or telephones to check and see if they are putting wrong item in the bin.
After about 6 phone calls, 2 high chairs later they told me to contact Fisher Price. I did this and got my answer in 2 minutes. Fisher Price has not made this cover in a long time. The cover they are selling on the web no longer exists. This high chair is exclusively made for Target so Fisher Price does not have extras.
Fisher Price stated that if Target is displaying that on their web it is the wrong cover! I know why they didn't put the current on the web, it is ugly!
By the way Fisher Price was very nice and helpful. I in no way hold them responsible for this RIP OFF.
I still do not have the item I purchased and Target still has the wrong item on their website!
