Purchased this product 12/9 from HHGreggfor Xmas gift. The computer was set up the following day. On 1/3 the computer stopped working completely There was no noise, no picture, no lights. I looked on the Internet solutions page and tried all of the tips and none worked. I then looked at powers source problems. I tried the solutions of plugging and replugging after 30 sec. Then i read a complaint about the power source. I did what it suggested and plugged in with my old cord. The transform port light came on green so I figured it was ok so I plugged it back up. The computer did not power up so my husband called HP and spent an hour talking to a dumb tech. The tech insisted it was a software issue. The idiot couldn't believe it was a failure of parts and proceeded to argue with my husband. Finally. A supervisor was agreeable to it being a power issue. So the drama begins. They are sending a box to pick it up and mail it back to be repaired. So $1200 later my new computer is now a refurbished computer that I will be paying on for 2 years. It could 8 days to 2 months to get it back. HH Gregg was also useless.in the last 4 years we have purchased 4 TVs, 3 mattresses, a surround sound system, 2 pair of beats and a I pad. Well over 15 k. I found out hh Gregg's extended warranty is not worth the paper it was written on. The store wouldn't honor their 30 day return policy. Sp buyer beware.
