The HP laptop we purchased last tear started giving message "plugged in not charging" almost immeadiatley - at first I did not think to much of it becasue the computer still worked eventhough the battery was not charging as long as it was plugged in. Since then I have spent 11 hours either talking with someone or being ON HOLD and the battery, and power-cord have been replaced, The computer has been sent into the repair center - I get it back take it out of the box and I ge the exact same message that it had before it was sent in - CMON already this is the worst customer service experience EVER for me! I have no confidence in HP customer support what so ever and wish we had never purchased this computer or wasted $200 on a warranty
