Hewlettpackard power cord not returned - Hewlett PACKARD ENVY NOTEBOOK

Aug I sent my Envy Notebook, adapter, and power cord in to have repaired under warranty work order BDBS901303, O2 AND 01. I received the notebook and adapter back
but not the cord. I called on 9-9 and was told it had been backordered and i would receive
it in 3 days, I called on 9/26 and was told it was shipped FedX 573059273084. FedEx sd
it was left at the door and not signed for. I Called H/P back talked to "ALI" at 1:26pm he
did some research and said I would receive another cord within 24 hours case#8069194320. I still do not have a cord. I've called every week since 9/3 trying to just get my cord back been transfer no least than 4 times each time and have to go thru the entire sceniro everytime. I just want my cord so I can keep working on my computer. I would have never bought a Hewlett Packard but my husband gave it to me for a Christmas present so now I'm stuck with it. He has had a stroke and is unable to
take care of this himself.
