I ordered my flowers and I was guaranteed the delivery would be exactly on my daughters birthday so I asked her to hang around and wait for them, she never got them. I actually had to call the company several times so I could see what was going on... They didn't get in touch with me at all so I had to be the one calling and calling to check. After a week went by and she still didn't have them I had to end up cancelling the order. Customer service had a terrible attitude and nothing was done to rectify the situation.
