I enrolled for Fios Internet in online for 79.99 USD, it had request me to send proof document with notary seal to verify my identity, only then the service will be activated. This entire process will take minimum 4 days
But I called Verizon customer care to check what is happening. But they were try to sell expensive package to me.
If want the less expensive package, then I need to send identity proof document with notary through fax.
Let us say that if I am ok with expensive package, then there is no need to submit identity proof verification document.
Verizon is try to trick the customer to buy expensive Internet package by making wait for more day if you buy less expensive package. This is against the law.
