I ordered an item that required me to send my dad's 2009 SEC championship game ticket to New York right after Hurricane Sandy hit. I mailed my ticket but it was never delivered and was sent back to my house two weeks later. The entire time Francis kept in touch with me and after my ticket was returned set it up for me to send my ticket to New York through UPS. My ticket arrived in New York on a Monday and by Wednesday the collage with my dad's ticket arrived at my house. Francis was so nice and extremely helpful. She kept in touch as promised.
