I reached out to sportsmemorabilia via IM last week to inquire about my order status. I was connected with Francis who promptly filled me in on what stage of the process my order was in. After voicing my concern about receiving my order on time for a special event Francis stepped up to the plate and told me once the order arrived at her office she would expedite the framing process and get it sent to my apartment the next day. Francis followed through with this promise and expedited the process and took the initiative to reach out to me with the status of the order. Francis was a pleasure to work with and truly gave above and beyond customer service which is hard to find in this day and age.
