I recently ordered 2 autographed pictures for Christmas gifts. One was delivered. I attempted to contact them online, but apparently the link they provide is for issues with the website, not order issues as I received no contact from that email besides an automated response.
I then attempted to contact SM via the online chat. Francis assisted me. While Francis was working on my order I had to log off. I was then contacted via email regarding my order that night. Francis then arranged for my order to be shipped the following day and upgraded the shipping to ensure that I receive it in time.
I understand that sometimes things do go as planned an i truly appreciate it when someone like Francis steps in and makes it right.
