I had ordered four items at the beginning of the month, and three arrived in quick succession. When I called and spoke to Francis about the missing item, she was able to able to find out promptly the whereabouts of the item, the tracking number, and estimated arrival date. I was able to relax, knowing the item would arrive in time for my son's birthday. I really appreciated Francis's courtesy, professionalism, and ability to help.
