I first ordered Direct TV 2 years ago. When I called to find out about the service originally they completely misled me. The first week that I ordered the service I realized that I could not get the channels that they promised so I tried to cancel they service and they threatened me with making me pay for a 2 year agreement even though they lied to me about the channels I would receive.
They have poor customer service and make it difficult to get things taken care of. I have a box that makes very loud noise and wakes me up at night but every time I call they want to run some diagnostic test and they give me some excuse about they cant find anything wrong with the box. I'm stuck with a box in my bedroom that is so loud it wakes me up at night.
