On feb 1st we ordered service for the triple play. We got 2 calls back saying our line was serviceable.

I went in and payed the whole bill 10 days before hook up that way we didn't have to deal with money with the tech. On feb 10th the tech showed up at 8am on the dot. He looks at the line at the house. Gets in the truck drove down the road and came back saying he talked to his boss and he'd call me back. Then he left. I asked the name of his boss. Over 2 hours later this boss never called me so I went down to the local Presque Isle, Maine Office and talked to him.

He stated to me that he had a special tech from the bangor maine area that was around here today and would stop in. When this tech stopped in he told me that we were 627 feet from the main pole. And the wire to our home was no good. He said they could put a flex wire and a booster. They would put the first 300 feet. But, we would have to pay for the booster which is $500. Plus pay $4.00 and change a foot for 327 feet of flex wire. Which In total would cost us about $2000.. Thats crazy!!! You call that good service??? Oh I was and still am Pissed at that. After being told by 2 service personal and paying ahead of time... That are line was good and serviceable!!!

Fisrt of all. Everyone on our rd has TWC. Also, The wire that leads to our home was here when we moved here. That wire belongs to you not us. When TWC bought out Adalphia cable you changed all the wires but never changed the one to this house!!!

I want the Name Of the head person In charge for the whole state of Maine. Name email, phone number or they can call me. Right now I have already contacted Glen A. Britt the CEO of TWC. HE should be getting my Receipt requested letter any day now... But, i want to talk to the head person in charge for Maine. Just not a service rep.

Why should I have to pay $2000 for a wire and booster to get your services?
The wire (your Wire) that is there now is on a pole that I own, On my land!!! It's not on the street.
Also, If I would be stupid enough to pay that which won't happen. Can I take down that wire and booster and bring it with me where I paid for it??? Do you see where I'm going with this?
Were disappointed that we'd have to pay this amount of money. My kids were really upset. Seeing my closest neighbor is about 100 ft from me and she gets TWC Lets work some thing out so we can get TWC...
We are open to and willing to work with you. But, We will not pay $2000 for that line.

Also, please let me add i was not happy with being lied too 2 times by sales reps!!!

Right now I'm waiting for the portland maine office to issue our refund. Because, we did pay ahead of time. That can take up to 30 days... Just very dissappointed with the out come so far.
