Formerly adelphia when they switched over i lost my online bill pay i signed up for a new account and i must have punched in the wrong password a couple of times now im locked out and ive gotten nowere ive called several times first 2 times the person said i could give them my credit card number over the phone or come into the office and pay it.
But i dont want to pay it anyother way because its a pain i wanna use my bill pay everytime i call i get the same story well hold up ill transfer your call to someone 1 2 3 4 and so on transfers and nothing but a hangup
So i goto the office a line out the door but theres people outside working on poles but they cant hire somemore clerks if it wasnt for the highspeed internet i would go outside and cut every cable wire off my house and would have direct tv we cant even have digital phone yet its been 3 years since that service has been out on other companys why the delay?
