Utalk refuses to give me an explanation to why I can not receive a refund from the company. I have been speaking with Chester Lawrence since August 5 of this year. Everytime I call they always have an excuse for not sending me the refunded check to me. I am giving a 10 to 14 business day delay for the past 4 months. Chester Lawrence also promised that I would get a return call from his supervisor, being that there was no one else that I could speak to about my refund. I never received a phone call from the company to this day. Please don't ever do business with this company they will ripp you off!
