They were scheduled to do a pole mount set up according to the sales rep. My wife talked to. They came up on the 18th of december and told us they didn't have the equipment and could only do a pin mount and then said he couldn't do a pin mount, because if he put the dish on the house it would not clear the barn. Put in report will reschedule for non pin mount a temporary ground mount till the weather warmed up. I said i would have someone do the hole, but he insisted on a temp mount. They reshedule for the 24th of december and no one showed. It was resheduled for the 30th. The same tech 7217 showed up and told my wife he could only do a pin mount as he had no paper work for any other type of mount.in the meantime my wife was in contact with the rep and he assured her it would be a pole mount and call if there were any problems when they were here. I went out to talk to the tech and he said he didn't have any paper work for any type of mount other than pin. He went and got the paper work to shoe me. I said this is bullshit when i saw there were no directions for a pole mount. He started giving me a hard time saying i didn't have to swear at him and was calling his boss. I had my wife call the other person and gave the phone to the tech. She came in all upset the guy was giving her a hard time and saying he's saying i swearing at him and she's be obnoxious. I went out to get our telephone from the tech asking him for the phone and to leave. He started saying to the person on the phone see how's he's hollering. I said noone swore at him it was just a statement and there was no way my wife was being obnoxious. Again asking him to give me thwe phone and leave we don't need the aggravation or there system. All the while i was talking to him he was 12 feet away so yes i was hollering. You can't hear someone if they talk in a normal voice 12 feet away. He came up to the top of the porch belly bumped me got right in my face saying do you want a piece of me boy with his nose about an inch away from my face spitting in it as he's talking saying i'm not big enough to kick his ass come on boy i'd like to kick your ass. My wife called to cancel and the rep started talking to her and his comment about him assult of a 61 year old disabled person. His comment was i was hollering at him. She said she didn't want the service and he started to yell at my wife and she hung up. I called and complained someone called me and said they would get to the bottom of it and was to call first thing in the morning. NEEDLESS TO SAY NO-ONE CALLED.
