I recently paid www.cashtream.com to run an email ad. I bought 2 ads altogether. After buying the second ad I noticed the first one before that never ran. I paid for 10,000 email hits and it was never even ran nor had the 2nd one. I emailed cashtream.com (core vision) and asked them why they didn't run either of my paid ads. They said there server had been down for a while and it would be up to 2 weeks before they could run the ad and said if there was a problem they would refund. So I said yes please give me a refund. I paid for the ad which is promised to run right away, I did not pay for an ad to run 2 weeks later. The owner never refunded my payment then he locked me out of my account and ignored my several emails. I ended up having to file a complaint through paypal and now hes fighting it and trying to keep my money for services that were NEVER provided. I am tired of thesePTC scam artists getting away with scamming the clickers and the advertisers which are the actual ones that keep them in business and in fact are the ones who FUND their business. Without us they would NOT have a business. I want to make sure these companies STOP scamming people.
