I have had two appointments cancelled because I could not hear the phone ringing to answer the service confirmation call that came after I made an appointment.in both cases, there were Comcast employees aware of my handicap. I am able to talk on my extra loud phone but many times will miss the ringing of the telephone unless I am just a few feet away.
Today, despite a local supervisor being contacted prior to the appointment, and despite assurances by a local Comcast official that the service technician would arrive on time, they were not here between 8-10AM and I had a telephone message that my appointment had been cancelled. Again.
