The "Gotcha" is that sometime prior or during your "appointment" time window, a technician may call your home phone (whatever other contact number you may have preferred and listed in the work order) and if you don't pick up in time, the tech bails on the appointment.
Now, compound this with a repair call because your home telephone service doesn't work. Are you ever going to see a tech?
