I call Comcast three times about one of my cable boxes that was not picking up a proper signal for local stations. After the third call, they said that they would send out a tech to find out the issue. I told them that I had to go to work at 1PM on the days that were avaible. They put me on hold, and when they came back they set me up for an apointment on April 10 from 8AM to 11AM because I had to go to work at 1PM, On April 9th they left a message that my appointment time was 9AM to 3PM. Well I thought, maybe they will come before 11AM because they had set up the appointment for 8AM-11AM. After 11AM and no show, I called Comcast and found out that my appointment was set at 1PM-3PM. I finally got a person on line and told her my problem. She said that 1-3 was part of the appointment time of 9AM-3PM. I then told her that the apointment had been set up for 8AM-11AM because I had to go to work at 1PM, and that if the tech was not here in 30 minutes I was calling DISH. She said that she could not do this. I said, "I am calling DISH". I hung up and called DISH!!
