I have never gone out of my way to review a company before but I am overly disappointed with Comcast. My husband made an appointment with them on Thursday (now Monday) and we were told to have someone home between 2 and 5. No one ever showed and when we called to confirm our appointment, woman said there was no record of our installation that day. So instead of the hassle with them we decided to install ourselves (bad plan). We have attempted to activate our cable 4 times today and still no luck. My husband is on the phone with Customer Service and our problem is still not resolved. The only good thing I have to say about this situation is that the Technician was very polite and tried her best to help.
