After confirming my appointment four times with Comcast, twice a day before and another two times on Father's Day, two hours into the window Comcast calls to cancel the appointment. I completely redid my schedule to accommodate this appointment and did everything I'm supposed to but still had my pointman canceled and a $20 credit offer. This is not acceptable as my day has been pretty much shot because of this and I still don't have cable or Wi-Fi service.
