How much we hate Comcast... The only reason we have it is because it's the only cable service in the area. They are the worst company in USA.
The cable went down due to a storm, made an appointment where the technician was supposed to come between 2pm and 5pm. My husband had a procedure done at the hospital that day so we were gone during the day. We were back home at 1:58pm and found out 2 messages from Comcast wanted to confirm the appointment. My husband called them back right away to confirm the appointment and Comcast confirmed the technician was coming... Well 5pm and he never showed up. My husband called back again and of course you can never talk to a supervisor, they never have anybody that can be accountable for their actions. We ended up having another appointment in two days (we have been w/tv 5 days already) from 11am to 2pm... Guess what, my husband has another appointment at 9am that day and he is not going to be back home until 10:30am and by then he might have another set of messages trying to confirm the appointment... I don't understand, do we have to seat in the house all day long waiting for these phone calls on top o waiting for the technician to come from 2 to 5pm pr 11am to 2pm? I want to throw the box into the garbage.
Is that the reason they are changing their name? Because so many people hate them?
And somebody is going to call us back, right.
