Two weeks after purchasing a Dell Inspiron 5150 over the internet I mailed in a 150.00 as per a special they were offering. The instructions said to wait a couple of weeks for the rebate to be processed. After a couple of weeks I inquired about the rebate but it had not gotten into the system. I contacted customer service andthey said to mail in another so I did. It did not make it into the system nor did another I send make it. I sent in yet another rebate form in July and it maded into the system in mid August. I ordered the computer in March and the instructions say I have 30 days to mail in the rebate so now after all this, they won't honor my rebate. I am a student with limited resources and I can't afford nor do I want to do business with them.
