Comcast has hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They screwed up our installation twice, give us the run around every time we call, promise call backs and never deliver, change their story and straight out lie.
We have lived in our place for over 3 weeks, and despite setting up an appointment the day after we moved in, we still have no internet or tv. Comcast cant even schedule a correct date, and even after admitting their fault, they wont do anything to fix it, just reschedule an appointment a week and a half later.
Absolute joke!
