On the 14th February Safe cart extracted $30.98 from my account and then again extracted $10.31 from my account in all extracting a total of $41.29. This is an unauthorized transaction; I have not and do not permit you to extract money from my account. Please rectify the situation and refund this money immediately. I no longer wish to use you product, and as previously advised did not wish to renew my licence. As mentioned above Please rectify the situation and refund this money immediately.
